A fully integrated Electronic Point of Sale system operated by your PC will give destinations full control of their retail management. The CTVTill, which replaces the traditional Till, and CTV Stock Control packages can operate independently but when combined give a full analysis of all stock movements at any given time.


TILL

With the addition of a receipt printer, till drawer and bar code reader your PC becomes your Till. The Till is quick and easy to use with a Bar Code Reader/scanner for easy input. Working as a standard till each sale produces a receipt recording the item description, quantity sold, item cost VAT content and payment method. The product item(s) is then deducted from stock. (Bar codes are generated by individual sites using bar code software). Discounted sales and stock returns have separate screens to eliminate user error! Item prices can be quickly queried without the need for a sale to be processed. All functions can be selected using either mouse or keyboard. Standard reports are produced as end of day routines for 'audit' and 'cashing-up' before the till is cleared for the following days transactions.

The 'Till Supervisor' has access to the master tables and master reports facilitating a wide range of sales analysis including products, category and sub-category, best sellers and overall percentage to turnover by category and sub- category and provide a thorough audit trail.


STOCK CONTROL

The Stock Control gives a full audit trail of all stock movements from opening stock, subsequent orders and deliveries, returns, sales and 'lost' stock. Stock can be held on 'display' and in the stockroom and transferred between the two. Suggested re-order reports can be produced using the minimum and maximum stock options. The stock reports generated provide valuable reports and save hours of otherwise tedious manual analysis and encompass stock valuation; stock levels; stock totals; deliveries; orders and monthly and yearly stock movement reports.
