A comprehensive
Brochure Fulfilment/Marketing Response Module allows destinations to service
enquiries efficiently and effectively whilst also compiling a database from
which future direct marketing can be undertaken. In addition to simply printing
an address label, automated reports are available providing profiling analysis
based on your enquiry, e.g. where, why and how the contact was made, interested
dates, information requested and campaign responded to. Import and export
routines are available to enable the entry of addresses supplied on disk from
other selected agencies, e.g. Radio Times or to be exported to other funding
partners. Configurable options give flexibility to individual sites.
Quick Addressing software is embedded in the module so staff, Web site or call
logging systems need only inquire for postcodes and house numbers when
requesting address details! De-duping is automatic on data entry and where an
exiting record is found the new request is added to it, thus building up a
complete history of each enquirer. Codes are entered for the source, contact
method, and Country. Literature requested is simply ticked and added to the
'shopping basket'. Abbreviations of requested literature are printed on each
label for convenience.
There is also a built-in Stock system for literature providing facilities for
recording minimum and maximum levels and other relevant information such as
cost, postage and supplier. When entering enquiries visual warnings clearly
indicate current stock and when re-order levels are reached.
A date and time 'stamp' shows when the enquiry was entered and a similar time
'stamp' records when the label was printed. Labels can be sorted for printing
either by date, enquiry number or all those previously unprinted. Business,
Private and Bulk enquiry types are stored separately but can be combined for
analysis.
Analysis can be undertaken from a wide variety of criteria based on source,
contact, region, literature and geographically by town, county and postcode.
These can be used individually or combined together, ie responses from the TV
advert run in the West Country region. All reports are date generated giving
flexibility for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports and later comparisons.
The result can either be produced as a statistically based report or with name
and address data for direct mail campaigns. Data can be exported in a variety of
formats for use by external mail houses or marketing partners.
