VISITOR STATISTICS

Many Tourist Information Centres record a whole host of statistics for analysis and monitoring purposes. Many of these typically include the type of phone call that has been received,ie Accommodation Information, Local Tourist Information, Regional Information, Non-Tourist Information and the geographical location of the individual that phoned, ie Local, UK, Overseas. Historically manual 'clickers' are kept on the desk for this purpose or paper and Five bar gates are used!!

TIM4 has revolutionised this function with in-built 'clickers' specifically for this purpose. These can be operational using either the mouse or the keyboard 'function' keys and will work within any third party application as long as the TIM4 software is loaded. The 'clickers' are configurable at local level and on each PC enabling you to record whatever you choose and obtain different statistics from each PC if you wish, ie how many phone calls were taken from the back office PC from oversea visitors.

Yes, you still have to remember to select the 'clicker' but at the end of the day, week, month or year reports can be compiled using a variety of criteria and producing a report broken down half hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly at the touch of a button. You will no longer need to spend hours producing graphs on your spreadsheets VisitlT will do it for you...
