Support packages, starting from just £10 per week, which include all updates of
all software, at no extra charge, every time we devise another improvement to
our systems.
Other software suppliers expect you to buy a new
programme when they update it; at CTV, we say that if we improve our programmes
for your benefit, then you should have it!
Next, our direct Customer Helpline is available
for all your queries almost every day - sorry, but we do take Christmas Day off!
That means that if you've forgotten something
from your training session, if you want to achieve something new from the
programme, or if you're just stuck, we will deal with it at once, over the
'phone.
If it turns out that you have accidentally
corrupted a programme, or damaged something on it, then - since all our
customers are on-line - we can dial direct into your system to provide real-time
support.
Finally, if it's a computer problem rather than a
software hiccup, if you have a CTV hardware support contract then we'll be at
your office to help the same day, if possible.
Unique service? Well, yes.
But then, CTV is a unique company!
