We'll be demonstrating our brand-new Call Centre
software, a new facet of the TIM4 Accommodation Module, on stand no. 462 at BTTF
this year, so please come on to the stand and see it!.
We have combined our usual user-friendliness with
a sophisticated, functional package which will give destinations access to
up-to-date information on the availability of accommodation in their area: using
the Call Centre software, it can be found, booked and paid for in one simple
transaction.
A unique facet of our system is that as soon as a
room is reserved, it is automatically deleted from the availability listings -
so once it has been reserved, accommodation simply cannot be double-booked.
Shortly after its launch at BTTF, our new
CallCentre software will be available to all our existing customers - so please
form an orderly queue!
(However, we don't want to be mean, so it can
also be supplied as a separate module to destinations using other computerised
systems).
